My wife and I bought a home a year ago with a VA loan. My wife got a transfer with her company to Houston from Dallas. We thought that for a year or maybe longer we would have to live apart because it would be impossible to sell our home with no equity because we would go into debt and lose money paying a realtor. Joddie is a "Miracle Worker!" So I tried to list it with a (real estate company) back in October when all this started and here it was the middle of January and I was no closer to selling my house than when I started. The real estate agent kept showing my house to people that either didn't have any money or weren't even qualified to buy my house. I was at the end of my ropes and ready just to walk away from the house even knowing that it would ruin my credit for years to come.. Until... I called Joddie. Within 2 weeks she came in bought my house just the way it was, took care of part of my mortgage payments that were behind, took care of all the paperwork and even managed to get my ex-wife to the closing after my new wife and I had left. This was a feat considering how messy our divorce was. Joddie accomplished something that I didn't think could be done, all in just 2 weeks!
